Mocha Martini

Ingredients
- NORSE 8:1 cold espresso concentrate 1 oz(30 ml)
- Bourbon whiskey 1 oz(30 ml)
- Irish cream liqueur 0.75 oz(22 ml)
- Dark crème de cacao 0.5 oz(15 ml)
- Heavy cream 1 oz(30 ml)
- Grated dark chocolate, for garnish
Recipe
- Place a martini glass in the freezer to chill for at least 5 minutes.
- Full scoop of ice into your cocktail shaker and add the Nørse concentrate, bourbon, Irish cream, crème de cacao, and heavy cream.
- Shake hard for 15–20 seconds, the cream needs to shake well to mix.
- Double-strain into the chilled glass.
- Shave dark chocolate over the top as garnish and serve immediately.
