Mocha Martini

Ingredients

  • NORSE 8:1 cold espresso concentrate 1 oz(30 ml)
  • Bourbon whiskey 1 oz(30 ml)
  • Irish cream liqueur 0.75 oz(22 ml)
  • Dark crème de cacao 0.5 oz(15 ml)
  • Heavy cream 1 oz(30 ml)
  • Grated dark chocolate, for garnish

Recipe

  1. Place a martini glass in the freezer to chill for at least 5 minutes.
  2. Full scoop of ice into your cocktail shaker and add the Nørse concentrate, bourbon, Irish cream, crème de cacao, and heavy cream.
  3. Shake hard for 15–20 seconds, the cream needs to shake well to mix.
  4. Double-strain into the chilled glass.
  5. Shave dark chocolate over the top as garnish and serve immediately.
